Thank you for choosing our crystal jewelry and press – on nails. Please carefully read the following return and refund policy before making a purchase:
- Custom – made Products
- Custom – made crystal jewelry and press – on nails are non – returnable and non – refundable. These items are specially crafted according to your specific requirements and cannot be resold to other customers. So please make sure of your design and size choices before placing an order.
- Non – quality – related Issues
- We are sorry but we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that do not have quality problems. This includes cases where the customer simply changes their mind, chooses the wrong size (except for custom – made items), or does not like the style or color.
- Natural Characteristics of Crystals
- The natural characteristics of crystals, such as slight variations in color, texture, and internal inclusions, are not considered as defects and cannot be used as a reason for return. These unique features are what make each crystal piece special and one – of – a – kind.
If you believe you have received a product with a quality issue, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the item. You may need to provide photos or other evidence to support your claim. Our team will review the situation and determine if a return or refund is appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yeringyoung@gmail.com
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should send us email in advance to make a confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
